Your files stay in your browser
LabelFit processes selected PDFs and images on your device, in browser memory. It does not upload your files, label contents or previews to a server. There is no account, advertising tracker or embedded donation widget in this app. Contact and donation links are ordinary external links; those sites have their own policies if you choose to visit them.
The hosting provider receives normal web request metadata when you visit, such as IP address, requested URL, browser information and time of access. Hosting infrastructure may retain security and access logs; this is separate from label processing. Do not put label contents or personal information in a URL.
localStorage saves only your theme and output-position preferences on this browser. Clear this site's browser data to remove them. Selected files and previews are not saved there. Downloads and printing are actions you choose; downloaded files, browser memory, operating-system print queues and printer storage are outside the app's control.
Aggregate website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits, page views, browser and device types, and basic website performance. It is cookie-free and configured to exclude visitors in the EU. Reports are aggregate; we do not add click tracking or custom label-processing events. Label contents, filenames, addresses, barcodes and generated PDFs are not sent to analytics. The provider receives analytics requests and connection metadata; page URLs and performance information may be included. Browser blocking and regional exclusions mean counts are approximate. Check every label
Automatic detection and rotation can be wrong. Before printing or shipping, check the full crop, all four edges, orientation, text legibility, barcodes and their clear margins, paper size and scaling. You are responsible for carrier acceptance and for following the marketplace's and carrier's current requirements. LabelFit is not affiliated with or endorsed by any carrier or marketplace.
Output is a 4 × 6 inch PDF containing a 1200 × 1800 pixel raster image (300 dpi), not preserved PDF vectors. It cannot recover detail missing from the original. Physical printing, barcode scanning and all carrier layouts are not guaranteed. The app is provided as-is, without guarantees of accuracy, fitness, availability, legal compliance or carrier acceptance. Nothing here is legal advice or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
